Terms and Conditions

Texas Angels Home Care's Terms and Conditions include:

  • Client Services Agreement

Clients must sign a Client Services Agreement after hiring Texas Angels Home Care. 

  • Invoices

Invoices are issued bi-weekly and must be paid in full via ACH upon receipt. A fee of $50 is charged with each failed ACH. Interest charges of 18% are charged for unpaid balances after thirty days. 

  • Scheduled hours

Clients must notify Texas Angels Home Care at least 24 hours in advance to reduce scheduled hours. If a client doesn't provide notice, the full schedule will be billed. 

  • Caregiver schedule changes

Adjustments will be made if a caregiver fails to arrive or alters the schedule. The client’s primary caregiver is always responsible for caring for the client when we have no caregivers available.

  • Privacy

Texas Angels Home Care may share personal information with companies that provide services to help with business activities, such as customer service. Texas Angels Home Care will not share mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy. 

  • Caregiver background checks

Texas Angels Home Care performs an annual background check on every caregiver, including the international terrorist watch list, a national criminal background check & driver’s record check for every state you have resided, electronic Social Security Number validation, the Sex Offender Registry, and the Texas HHSC EMR and CNA database for misconduct. 

  • Caregiver screening

Texas Angels Home Care performs a multi-step interview process that includes criminal history and background checks, references, and skills assessments.
